At Overland Kitted, we stand by our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment isn't the right fit for your adventure, we offer returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective materials are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
